Unidata Systems Analyst – to £32k –
Unidata Systems Analyst is required by an expanding IT firm based in
--- Duties ---
- Support the business by acting as the Senior point of contact for Pre Sales IT Service Delivery issues
- Manage an effective level of support via raising incidents & change requests with the appropriate 3rd Party supplier.
- Manage the escalation of risks and issues of IT Support to the Service Delivery Managers and manage through to resolution
- Manage the procurement process via SAP, RfW and GR Systems
- Provide system documentation and training
- Monitor systems performance and manage the continuous improvement process
- Produce technical specifications for Post Sales Application changes
- Support the delivery of all Post Sales Application changes
- Internal development of Post Sales systems and reports
Key Skills
- Knowledge and experience on Unidata Administration
- Knowledge of Unix (Preferably Aix)
- Application Support experience
- Experience in Application development and test scripting
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Experienced in acting as a “Super” user in all major vendor software and WMS Systems
